Watch ing the procedure are: John R. Bulla, left, inspector for the North Carolina Department of Labor; and Walter Voncannon, right, superintendent of Plant #7. The red ribbon iiidicates three consecutive calendar years without a lost-time accident. Three plants of Adams -Millis Corporation qualified for Certificates of Safety Achievement for the year I960. The certificates were awarded recently at a meeting sponsored by the Hi^ Point Chamber of Commerce and Piedmont Associated Industries. Honorable Frank Crane, Commission er of Lal>or for North Carolina, pre sented the awards. Thirty-seven awards were made to High Point firms.
